Our research aims at contributing to the evidence base for the sustainable, multifunctional land management systems that (i) are adaptable to different production and/or environmental goals, (ii) help protect our natural resources, (iii) help mitigate against, and adapt to, climate change, and (iv) take account of changing social, economic, policy and environmental conditions. 

We aim at achieving these objectives by undertaking research of international quality and impact within each of our research teams.
